my name is Niels Engelen, and Im currently following the ICT Support course at ROC Ter AA. In this course, we learn how to help people with their computer problems, set up hardware and software, and make sure systems run smoothly. Its not just about fixing issues, but also about supporting users so they can work without stress. I enjoy this course because it combines technical knowledge with problem-solving and communication skills. In the future, Id like to keep growing in IT and maybe specialize further, but for now Im proud to be part of this program.
